CICSA Dig in for Earth Day

As part of Earth Week the Cayman Islands Civil Service Association (CICSA) along with the Cayman Islands Airports Authority (CIAA) and the Department of Environment (DoE) joined forces to make Grand Cayman a little bit greener. Ten native trees purchased by CICSA from the Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park’s Native Tree Nursery were planted along the grounds of the Owen Roberts International Airport. As part of CICSA’s ongoing effort to extend a helping hand to the community the tree planting was a welcomed addition to the airport grounds. By planting native trees the benefits of minimum maintenance and cultural continuation is achieved.
